Welcome to the Cobra Supplements, LLC ("Cobra Supps") theater of operations. These Terms govern your access to our tactical supplement arsenal and web infrastructure. By engaging with our site or acquiring our products, you agree to be bound by these operational parameters.
1. Site Engagement
Users are prohibited from engaging in unauthorized data extraction, malware deployment, or system interference. Any attempt to breach the Cobra Supps network will result in immediate termination of access.
2. Product Purchase
Accuracy in billing and shipping data is required. We reserve the right to neutralize (cancel) any order suspected of fraudulent activity or price discrepancies.
3. Health Disclaimer
Our supplements are high-potency formulas intended for healthy adults (18+). Consult with a medical professional before deployment.

4. Recovery & Returns
Unopened product recovery is available for 30 days post-delivery. Opened containers are non-returnable due to tactical safety protocols. Return shipping is the responsibility of the operator.
5. IP Rights
All visual assets, logos (Cobra Supps), and copy are the exclusive property of Cobra Supplements, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction is a breach of federal copyright laws.
6. Legal Jurisdiction & Liability
Limitation of Liability
Cobra Supplements, LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or site engagement beyond the total purchase price of the specific product in question.
Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Miami, FL. Class action waivers apply.
